Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Foodeli. 

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

All products you purchase from us are covered by a separate returns policy. 

If you’ve changed your mind 


Until further notice, we will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased from Foodeli. 


We will happily provide an exchange where you have changed your mind about a product purchased from Foodeli provided that the product: 

  • is returned to us with a receipt within 14 days of purchase; 

  • is in its original and saleable condition and packaging; and 

  • has not been used. 

Faulty/Damaged products 

With Proof of Purchase 

  • If the product you buy from Foodeli is damaged then we will cheerfully refund the purchase price or exchange the product. 

  • For large quantity purchases, Foodeli reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.  

  • To make a claim under the Foodeli Returns Policy, you must return the relevant item (covered by the Foodeli Returns Policy) to the following address. Any cost incurred by you in posting the item to the return address will be borne by you.

Without Proof of Purchase 

  • If you do not have proof of purchase and you wish to return a faulty or defective product, we will, at our option, provide you with a Foodeli returns ecard to the value of the purchase price. Where applicable, products may be returned for exchange, or we may reimburse you the purchase price in the original payment method. 

  • You will be required to provide identification showing your name, address and signature in the above instances and these details will be recorded for loss prevention purposes. If you wish to obtain information on our Privacy Policy, you can find it at

How to return 

You can submit a return request for either a 14-day change of mind exchange or for a faulty product:

Any cost incurred by you in posting the item to the return address will be borne by you. 

Refund process 

  • All refunds will be telegraphic transferred directly to your bank account. After you’ve returned your product to us and your return is processed, it may take a further 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This time may vary depending on your financial institution. 

  • We will only refund the shipping fee (paid by you at the time of purchase of the products) if all products purchased by you at that time are faulty/damaged. This shipping fee is not refundable if the return is for change of mind exchange (and the product is not faulty) or if all products purchased by you at the time you placed your order are not faulty.
